Upon full and final payment, you assume complete ownership of your final website design and custom copy. JoeTech Express retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and promotional materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we utilize advanced SEO and digital marketing strategies, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or exact revenue increases. Services are provided "as is," and our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the project.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If you choose to cancel, you are responsible for paying for all hours and services rendered up to the cancellation date.
