4. Payment Terms
Services require an upfront deposit before work begins. Final handover of CRM assets, automation workflows, and live websites will occur only after the final invoice is paid in full.
5. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the final website design, CRM structure, and automation workflows created for your business. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio.
6. Third-Party Platforms
We build on third-party platforms. We are not liable for outages, pricing changes, or account suspensions caused by these third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
While our automations and CRM builds are designed to maximize your efficiency and lead conversion, we do not guarantee specific financial results. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Contact us today if you have any questions about this policy.
